Where can I find this sweater?

I think it's a sweater but I'm not 100% sure
here's a pic of it:
been looking all over the internet with no success :/ so maybe I'll find some luck here

I've never seen it before now, but it looks to be a baseball style long sleeved tee.
I'm guessing it's an unlicensed item.

I just realized now that it's white in the back which u can see at 1:31, might be some help

Okey, so I wrote to him on twitter asking where he got the shirt, he replied with "It was one of a kind, it was a sample a friend gave me"
so that really sucks
but my new question is, where can i make/design similar shirts?
I'm in love with this shirt
