The Rogues and the Satan's Mothers. They both seem like gangs that wouldn't let anything get in their way and they'd be ruthless in trying to get to the top.

For brutal rumbling....  the Turnbulls and the Punks. 

War Chief?  Hard to say.  The Punks were very quiet and the ACs were rowdy.  Figure out what traits combined from both gangs would make them the best they could be and whichever individual has those traits would lead.

Colors?  That's a tough one.  What do you guys think?
