Luther yelled out that "The Warriors did it!" because Fox saw him. Fox made it obvious he knows Luther pulled the trigger. Before Fox could say a word, Luther just started yelling to get all the attention on the Warriors and off of himself and his gang. He figured The Warriors would be dead before they could rat him out.ILLER... wrote:cleon got himself killed by snooping around and playing investigator. anybody who grew up in the deep seeded urban decay streets knows to run when shots go off. if he hadn't had been there luther would've pointed out and blamed somebody else.
Also I'm pretty sure i saw or read an interview with Walter Hill who said, "although the movie doesnt show it, Cleon did die". I'm sure someone can back me up on that.
