been reading here for about 6 months now and just decided to register up. not that i have much to say, but i may chrip up once and a while. lots of good info here, i love reading about the original vests where they are where they aren't, this and that.

i was too young to get into the theatre to see it when it first came out, but when it hit vhs i was all over it. i think i wore out my copy. i really love the opening sequence, the erie music and the wonder wheel there really sets the tone for the film, and then leads into the theme music that i really love. there are a few scenes that i skip through (now that i have the dvd) the slower stuff, like where swan and mercy are walking through on the tracks of the subway.

I mostly collect posters and soundtrack/singles from the movie. not into the toy end of it. i am driven by the movie posters, always wanting the next one, overseas versions, 1/2 sheets, daybills, the mondo releases ect. ect. i have a disease.

one thing, is it me or does the theme music and the baseball furies chase music sound almost identical ??? form the soundtrack ofcourse. ????
