Specifics - What do you like about the film?

Well........one specific thing off the top of my head is that feeling you get when they finally get back to coney,they step off the subway and its the first time you see daylight in the film and its like youve been holding your breath for the last hour and you can finally let it out..........

I would have to simply say that whole 70's feel to it.  Its could to contemplate on it, and say "Now those were the good old days"  There something about the whole 70's culture that I can not really pin point on, but it's like a realm you find yourself attracted to, an era that makes you relate to it.  Whether its the music, close, movies, and a lot of issues going on at the time, you just get drawn to it, even the peoples mentalities were different.  I guess thats the specific aspect of why I like this movie.

I agree completely! completely! I think there is a small sense of danger everywhere, even when they are back on home turf, its just the vibe of the time. Also, i love the dynamics within the gang, the friends, the power struggles and how you dont find out too much or too little about them individually, enough to know its not about one person its about the gang

Its an all time cult classic,What is there not to like,The film has your attention from start to finish,not to many films can do that these days

the thing that i like about the film which others has stated thats is dark gritty and its in the N.Y.C and its not in the daylight
plus i like the layout of the gangs turfs and all the details put into the gangs

It's weird but, I like the sound of the crickets and bugs at the Conclave. It makes it that much more real. I also like the footfalls of all the gangs running around. Espically when the eight of them first run frmo the cops on the train. It makes you want to run around the subway, too.  I'd probly get arrested if I did that.

it has the feeling like you were apart of the warriors it feels like u saw luther shoot cyrus it feels like u saw  the fox get hit with train it feels ike u were beating up the furies and it feels like u come home 2 coney
