The warriors probably had a back up plan if Swan got wasted, that's why they all got themseleves prepared with weapons, just incase a brawl happened. They obviously would of suspected he had a gun cus they knew he shot Cyus at this point, that's why Swan told them to gather weapons and told Mercy to stay, just incase he got killed he wanted them to have a backup plan.

if luther shot swan then the warriors would just be slowly falling apart but then the 111 that are left out of the 120 would go looking for the rogues

maybe the riffs would have jumped in a wrecked the rogues.
considering they show up out of nowhere.

The tone of the entire movie would have been entirely different, with a vastly different angle on why, what, where, who and what (again -- ha) happens in the film...
