Blu Ray Question

Hey all...

Just got the Blu Ray Edition...

Question:  Is the blu ray standard Full Screen ???

I have my PS3 set to letter box, My T.V set to letterbox and yet the screen is full.....

Is the Blue Ray edition ONLY Full Scrren ???

Both of my old version dvd's are letterbox....

Please advise...
