It's not been reported on any of the major movie sites (aintitcool, twitch, ect) and theres no official site or facebook page to promote it. I think it's still listed as being in pre production on imdb.

from what i've read. The remake is to be set in LA with crips bloods ms13 etc replacing the hi hats moonrunners etc
