It expands on the movie as well as it covers it. You find out the begginings of the gang, their rivilaries with other gangs, and how they were found out by the Riffs to come the meeting.

the game does not follow the story of the movie.probably just a way to give you more to do but its a bit annoying anyway. :?

and just so you know it,we dont like it when people mix the game with the movie, this topic is ok,but just dont post anything about the game in the movie forum ;)

The only thing that I relize is diffrent is that the Warriors versus Rogues fight isn't even a fight. Just a simple knife to the wrist.

Exactly  The game is more of a tribute to the film.  Its set on totally two different reality's, and the true reality I prefer to stick with is the movie.  Basically I like to think of the game as a fan fiction.  You play or read it for a little bit as a pass time and than your done.  No matter what the true heart and soul of the warriors comes straight out of the old 1979 movie.  Like you said, the game is the game, and the movie is the movie.    Personally I like to stick with the righteous path of the movie.

I'm going to be honest, I played the game first and then watched the movie. However, I prefer the movie because it represented 'hard' gangs that fought with their fists and not with their berettas.

The game held to this well (thank god) but I just personally prefer watching the movie.

I agree. Hopefully they make another Warriors game of what happens after the death of Luther.
