For the people that have played the warriors game can you tell me if there is lots of different gangs you can be?

Hmm. It's funny, someone just asked this on another forum. I don't think you can, unless you play unleash the fury. But you do mean outside multiplayer?

In Rumble Mode, yes. You can fight as any gang in the game, as well as a wide array of other people, civilians and such. Like for example you can even be Mercy, or one of the 3 prom people from the train. Thats of coarse the only mode you can play as any other gang though.

Yeah,lot of gangs and modes.
Well game is not bad but some fans will be dissapointed because of much changes made.

Yeah like 30 more and you can be the civilians and the workers.

I think they should've put more gangs in the game. At least a couple of more but yeah you still be able to play the gangs that were in the film.

Apart the rumble mode, I know, but no "proof" now, that you can play a Furies profile (I mean, playing the same "The Warriors" game-movie plot).
I read someting about on The Warriors Italian Site (Game Section). Anyway, you should complete (100%) ALL the game levels, before playing that "profile".
I'll ask them, and if yes, I'll add this info here.

There a few different sections of the Rumble Mode which let you play as other gangs, I did the King Of the Hill the other night as the Furies and kicked ass, naturally. I suppose if you do the Heavy Set mode where you have 9 on 9 it's pretty fun, squaring one gang off against another, or even the cops if you unlock them.

you can be other gangs......only in Rumble mode or Unleash The Fury!

Yeah, somehow, some of us were saying the same!!!
The Furies Profile is the same 4 Unleash The Fury!!!
But, it doesn't change anything... same story... except that you wear Furies Vests, and you'll play against The Warriors (when you have to play against The Furies), 2 levels (1 "don't rem the name now" - 2 Home Run).
Anyway to get Unleash The Fury, you have to complete 100% All the Game on Hardcore Level.
All: "The Armies of the Night", unlock all the Soldiers, Flashback Missions... everything!!!

no you cant play as a different gang except in rumble mode or at the credits you can use the riffs

About "at the credits u can use The Riffs", it's a funny "thing" Rockstar gave us!!!
But no, the only one way of playing as a different gang is not Rumble Mode.
Try to complete 100% the Game on "Hardcore Level"... you'll unblock "Unleash The Fury"!!!

Plus, I think it's the same 4 X-Box... PS2... etc... 8)
