What is this irrational fear of the word ME?!?!

It is not always wrong to name someone, and follow it with ME; it depends on its placement within the sentence:

If any questions, email Oswald or I… WRONG!

That should be: If any questions, email Oswald or me.

It is just as wrong to replace it with MYSELF, as in: If any questions, email Oswald or myself… NO!

Only use the word myself if you are referring directly to yourself, as in: I hit myself in the head with a brick.

A quick way to remember this is “eyes in front”

So, if the people are in the front of the sentence, before the action, use I: Oswald and I went to the store

The test for this is simple: remove the other person from the sentence

You would never say: If any questions, email I; you would naturally say: If any questions, email me.

I've encountered (not directly, rather I stumbled upon her Livejournal) a person Who Types Like This. She Capitalizes Every Single Word Because She 'Thinks It's Pretty', despite how painful it is to read. She also uses ~ instead of hyphens.
