It has been awhile since I have seen this movie, but I remember it being a decent flick.
Kinda a Death wish meets 1984 meets taxi driver meets Chuck Norris movie.
Its a NY based vigilante movie where the hero learns skills in Vietnam only to return to NY to have one of his war buddies crippled by a steet gangs known as the Ghetto Ghouls.
He then goes on a Vigilante spree after the gang and pimps etc in the hood.
