Um... hm. The only other "gang flick" I like would be Grease.
... Wait. That was a gang, right?

Grease 2 was a much harder gang flick. Those Kats rode cycles.

Re: old school "gang" flicks
"The Wanderers" is a great flick. So is "Quadriphenia", Mods VS. Rockers!
Interestingly enough These two movies also came out in 1979 along with
"The Warriors". Another great movie that came out in '79, while not really
a "gang" movie, was "Over the Edge". If you younger people want a solid
portrayal of teen life in the late 70's in the good ole' USA, this movie simply
cannot be beat. Of course the plot is a bit much in the end, but this is
what kids did and how they were back then.
If you liked "The Outsiders", then don't overlook the other classic S.E. Hinton
film adaptation "Rumble Fish". Rusty-James' crew look like a bunch of pretty
solid Juvenile Delinquents! Check the fight scene in the first part of the film.
And even tho they are dated, perhaps, let's not overlook the classics- "West
Side Story", and "A Concrete Jungle".
