How can we, show you, what your club rocker will look like? It's your club, and we don't know the name.
**I got an inkling it's gonna be the one the children bicker over, it's that warriors vs baseball fury element that glitches motor sensory developement, i am a star really,**

You could try doing the same as Lier 1 and use print on poplin (as seen in this thread  http://warriorsmovie.co.uk/forum/index.php?topic=11901.0 )

I would opt for artist grade canvas, as the matarial is thicker and more durable.  If you're not able to print on them, then paint is a substitute thats easily applied.

You can also try the same method as my johnny blaze patches.  They are made up of peices of suede leather and stitched together.

If you're feeling creative. try using a peice of plain (no patern) carpet.  Draw/write the design on it then use a soldering iron to melt all the areas you want to be flat.  This will leave the lettering embossed.  (if you havn't got a soldering iron, you can heat a screwdriver over a flame or in coals).  Be warned that freshly burnt carpet smells, so best not to do it indoors.

I'll have to put some pics up of my J.B patches.

Try using the same material that was used for making patches of different heavy metal bands in the 80s. I remember I had few on my denim jacket then, after 100s of washing they still looked like new.
