in a strange moment of coincidence I've just noticed the second issue of Turf has a great big wonder wheel on the front cover. I haven't read it but as Ross is a film critic there may well be some (more) Warriors references inside.

That prank was tasteless, pathetic and not funny at all. Taking a piss is one thing, insulting an 80 year old man, mentioning his granddaughter in most vulgar way on a national TV, was way above the limit.
Ross and his druggie mate Brands apology issued after the show just shows they're not the most brightest people in the world. People usually think before they speak, that would have certainly saved those two muppets from a lot of embarrassment.

Back to the subject of #3, I got an update from tfaw.com. This does not sound promising and sounds like exactly what happened with DABEL. Below is the email response I got back from them when I asked about issue #3:
Thank you for contacting us. I looked into this item for you and it appears that it has run into some delays with the publishing. I checked with our distributor and unfortunately it does not appear that an updated release date has been set yet. As soon as we receive new information as to when this will be released we will make sure to get the information posted on the website, and rest assured your pre-order is still active with us so as soon as it arrives in our warehouse we will be packing up a copy and getting it shipped off to you.
I sincerely apologize for any and all inconvenience that this matter may cause you, please let me know if you have any other questions or concerns that I can assist you with at this time. Thank you
