I think it's for the same reason the game couldn't use it, the whole thing with the Hells Angels logo.

Yes it's been out a few weeks now. I saw one on ebay for £2:50p buy it now, if you need one.

I pre-ordered mine from tfaw.com, like last year. I STILL haven't received it. I called and they said it was shipped and takes 7-14 days and because of the THANKSGIVING holiday, they were like 4 days behind. I cancelled my pre-order for #5 telling them "Why pre-order if I have to wait two weeks until after it comes out for me to receive it." I know that comic shops receive the week's comics Monday the latest for a Tuesday release. They should ship them out Monday night with two day shipping at the most. Very disappointed!!
