i promise in the end of what is coming...everyone will wish they took this warning....this form is going to be changed back to the way it was....without all this panic and riot style posting...have faith my warrior friends...we are in plans to fix the place

I would actually prefer if it was like before, with only The Warriors sections of the forum. Alot of members would get bored and leave, but it would improve the quality of the site. I remember when there was only 2 or 3 non related Warriors boreds, now there is just too many. If you look at some peoples post history, they make 5 posts a day, not one is in a warriors related topic.

And if the post per day was lowered, even to a mere 1 post per day, people would be making outstanding posts to make that one count, instead of the couple words or sentances some posters make.

I completely understand the situation, but I don't think lowering the posting limit is going to help any, not to mention how much it could slow down board activity. I think getting rid of the non-Warriors boards would be the best idea. Or at least just narrow it down to ONE or two non-Warriors related boards.

That's just my two cents.

Then we would get a huge drop in membership and activity. There really isn't a huge variety of things to discuss when it comes to the Warriors, explaining why most of the activity is in O/T forums these days, and the stuff in the actual forums themselves is mostly things like "Hay guyz who wuz Luther talking 2?" Really, removing the O/T areas would probably doom the forums. It would become a barren wasteland of repeated topics and old members yelling at the newbies who post them.

That's just my opinion, anyway.

 if my calculations are correct,to the date i posted this,there are 1627 registered members and guess how many members have made 20 posts or more?

   the answer is.......

                             381.

thats all,now this is ridiculous and i call for a clear out of the other 1246 members who have under 20 posts unless they are recenly registered.

Oh my god. Why in the name of everything that is good and holy do we have around 1200 people who have never posted more than 20 times cluttering up the database? Even factoring in a very liberal number of newbies, that is still a huge amount.

New proposal time! Set two parameters: registered before the start of June, and less than 20 posts. Then wipe all the accounts that fit that criteria. It will take out 3/4 of our members, yes, but with a little under 400 active it shouldn't really have any effect on the community. If anything, it will help by taking some strain off the forums database.

This has been a GramercyRiff99 proposal! Now back to our regular programming.
