In my opinion its really annoying when you guys all try to imitate tantive 7 impact posts, know your going to keep on using them, and then after the person uses it anothe copy catter is going to post another impact post after that person, and eventually without noticing it, its gonna turn out into another(impact posters jumping on a newbie) either way.Why not find another thing that makes you unique?

Excellent point, jp.

For as great of a poster as Tantive is on this forum (and many of the other veterans as well), what we should strive to imitate is his enthusiasm and the relevance of his posts - not his style. That's his.

We can all make impactful posts - and we should. Impact posts, on the other hand, are synonymous with Tantive, and having too many people do them may actually lessen the impact.
