I know what you mean,i got mine badly sprained a few years back playing a boxer for a tv show over here,sadly theres absolutlely nothing you can do about it,as you probably already know.Best advice,if you smoke... dont for a bit to narrow down the coffing element.I learn`t that much!Hang on in there!
