But imagine if they were the zombies off the Dawn Of The Dead remake. They can run, and cause zombies can't feel any pain, you would never out run them.. They would sprint until their legs fell off. That is quite scary.

Check out Return of the living dead.  Zombies do feel pain.  Its why they kill people.  Eating brains makes the pain go away.  I would imagine its like toothache all over your body, as toothache is a body part thats rotting away.  Electricution has worked to kill zombies.

I think we would only survive for so long.  I dont think the zombie plague could be fully contained and would be spread world wide.  Once its in the food chain, we're all gone'rs.

You got that right! I actually wish they did try and overrun the city! I watch alot of zombie movies and enjoy survival horror. It puts your mind to the test and sometimes you can become a hero. But I tell ya I'll be screwed if I went against the zombies that run fast.
