The Skating Thread

i learnt to kickflip at long last yesterday and started impossible... i have to thank LIER for recommending Thrashin' which made me go skate even though the weathers so bad
just wondered if there was any other skaters about the forum?
what tricks you doing/tryna do?
i can give some tips from my limited knowledge/skill

i was a skater from late eighties to early nineties, then mostly bmx to late nineties.

i plan on getting back into it.. currently working on losing weight so i can.. learned my lesson 2 years ago when i talk a fall on my bike and dislocated my shoulder.

i've woke up at the bottom of the bowl covered in blood a few times...
my shins get new holes in them everytime i go out on my bike...
thats probably why i only ride/skate a couple of times a year...
a friend of mine who was paralysed in a BMX dirt comp...

i don't have as many face tattoo's as jay,he's a legend
beard and walking stick?...oi...i'm still in my prime...a diet of beans and rice cakes has fended off old age

stop picking on beans...
they have a bad rep for that but they've never made me have a blazing saddle...
