I used to read comic books.(a long time ago) I then learned that girls were way more into bikes than Batman. But now I'm older and have a daughter and we read the comic strips everyday. So what do you think are the good ones? I say the Peanuts, Calvin and Hobbes, Hagar the Horrible, and Beatle Bailey.

Totally along with the now defunct Bloom County
and Doonesbury!!
Hate to admit this, esp. here, but a few years ago, when I wasn't watching tv--I got into the comic strip soap opera
Mary Worth and
Mark trail , and Rex Morgan if you believe it!!--what a kill---but then I ended up back with tv and hardly read them at all anymore--except for Beatle B. Peanuts, Hagar the Horrible.
sometimes tune into the family ones too:Hi and Lois, and Blondie--just cause their kids remind me of my own when he was younger. LOL

Get Fuzzy is my favourite comic strip, but now that my city's newspaper has Calvin and Hobbes I'm really starting to enjoy it. I like Peanuts and FoxTrot as well.
