I have a Mac sitting in the room next to me that I use sometimes.

I can't seem to stop watching that video. If Apple ever releases anything that comes with a multi touch screen it would be great if they included a program similar to what that video showed. Even if it wouldn't be useful a lot of people would still love it. Or even if it included Planarity then I'd be extremely happy.
