the book is simple called USA and its a 700 page monster published by Dorling Kingersly, it has no actual author, sorry mate

A lot of those comments sound dated to me.  Check the copyright year on the book.

I bet it was published somwhere between the 60's and the 80's.

actually guys it was published in 2004, and mentions the twin tower site as a tourist spot
