How many of you have heard of Parkour? It's also known as Free Running, or Extreme Martil Arts. It's not too big of a deal......NOT! It's awesome. People run up walls and do backfliups standing still. I found some videos on YouTube and want you guys to check them out and tell me what your opinion is on it.  :mrgreen: Here's some clips of people doing Parkour:

Can;t any of them afford a BMX, Skate board or even some Roller blades

Hey I'd give up all my Skate Boards, Roller Blades, Bikes, and Mortor Cycles. ( Not that I have Mortor Cycles .  :( ::) ) just to learn that!

I agree Trixter, I mean to harness that kind of capability is amazing.  Its an amazing feeling to make your body do the impossible.  Its a form of freedom, that makes us capture an essence of extraordinary capacity.  Man , what it must feel like to be free like that.

I heard about this about six years ago on a good old British show called trans-world sport, it's cropped up from time to time since then. I think channel four commishoned some of the best of them to 'jump London' it was an hour show of them racing across London, it was amazing.

yeah this was also on Ripleys Believe it or Not.  They even made their own movie, its called Yamakazy.
