After IMO and IMHO...
... IMAO=In My Arrogant Opinion.
... and, ok it's not an Acronim (Abbrevation), but if it can help: "Just My Two Cents" is the same for "In My Opinion"=IMO.
Plus, a Good Link.

Haha, did you really think it meant - Luther Makes Apples Orange.
Also it was sort of embarrasing but when i was on Msn for ages because it was really crap weather outside and i had nothing to do my friend said a joke to me which was quite funny and i replied saying "lol". (sorta embarrasing

Anyway, I've to say this is a very interesting side of the English Language. As you know I'm Italian.
I mean, it gives the chance to chat faster and faster!!!

I know alot of these because of using Msn. If you happen to use msn alot it is like instinct to type in lol instead of "haha that was funny".

This is curious, I mean, as you know I'm Italian, so I've to learn these abbreviations... Necessarily, right?
Instead, I thought you guys, from USA-GB-Australia and whenever English is the Official Language, already knew them... ie, I thought these abbrevations "belonged" somehow to the Common Language... but they don't still 100% belong to... right?
I think this is also due to the Cell Phone SMS way of writing (for every Language), isn't it?
Anyway, Excellent!!! Another "Thing" to "keep"!!!
Congratulations on your 300th Post man... don't stop now!!! 8)

haha 'lol' at this topic... No seriously, I completely understand, it took me ages to understand all these abbreviations, and alot of the time I wonder that this so called 'msn-language', is ruining any spelling techniques I ever had, and my entire english vocabulary as I know it....However, it's not like you see everyday people tell a joke to one another, replying with 'haha lol', well atleast not in public.
