3gp clips for mobiles

Has anyone thought of having downloadable movie clips as part of a new feature for this site? It could be something simular to the soundclips feature that you have. I tried one of the free movie to 3gp converter software but the sound messed up. I know theres a few members on here who are more knolegeable with technology, what does anyone else think? we could all suggest what scenes we would most like and have the ten most popular downloadable. It would give us something to pass the time while waiting for a bus. I would vote for cyrus speech, the trailer and the whole dj/nowhere to run scene.
