Idea About People Not Followin Rules...

Hey i'm not sure if this has been brought up before , but maybe after you sign up, you have to take a test of the Rules and you can do anything until you pass. Just a thought.

I hope that if this does go down,that we can pick the question to ask these people.
Cause I know plenty of questions that I would ask,
and they are not Video Games questions either

Well I am up for it, I will se if Warchief and the other mods' are as well. Robert I am sure that you would come up with a great list of questions my brother.

Yeah that is a good idea so when new members join the forum they have to read the rules before logging in good idea.
