Seven Samurai

Well, thay are remaking this great Japanese classic.  They have made some films similar to this but without the same caliber, they were called: The Magnificent Seven and A Bug's Life.

The Magnificent Seven is one of my all time favourite films! Its just brilliant!

They already re-made this.. I think it was called Seven Swords.

well what else is new, after all "The Departed" was based of a 2002 Hong Kong film called "internal Affairs".

Actually I looked it up in IMDB and it is still "in production" so like the Warriors, it is still basically in limbo.  Who knows if it actually will be remade.

Yep,It's true..It was a remake of Internal Affairs,
and it's also credited and the end credits of The Departed
As for a remake of The Seven Samurai,
It obviously tells you that Hollywood is clearly running out of ideas
