The BloodFist (Fictional Gang)

Nnkay, so I've decided to create a fictional gang called the bloodfists.. here's my first member.. didn't give him a name, but i gave him some background info
..A new gang called the BloodFists, members which are subtle and violent.. with the use of kerosene dipped bats and matches ready in their pockets.. All are required to wear heavy black clothes for fitting in with the eerie sensation and for subtlety. Required for each member is the ability to tag their burner and to have stolen a random token from someone without them knowing. And as being accepted, members must tattoo blood stains on one of their fists.
Here's our first member.. The Scout.. fast, agile, subtle and has great illustrating skills, used for getting profile information from enemies and to be later used for target hits.
(Cause camera's were too expensive and night vision wasn't available in them back in the 80s)
and anyways.. that's a match on his mouth.. not a cigarette..

I plan to make 11 others for this gang, but i just need a specific personality trait or ability for each of them. My second character whose the one in command, i plan to make a lawless, psycho.. basically like "The Joker" from batman 'cept less villianous lol
But if ya got any ideas and suggestions for Characters, i'm all ears~

Lol!.. no not based on me.. have glasses, round chin which is clean cut, longer hair... that's the difference lol.. maybe i'll put myself in as... someone else *shrug*
