Some thoughts on Cowboy

Yeah, he is actually me favorite person in the story. And the way he has his bat with him always...That leaves it open for a fan fiction story.

I dont think brown t-shirts suit him tho.  At least he didn't have spurs on his converse 
I mentioned this in another thread; the reson for me that cowboy is not as popular as most of the warriors is his lack of stand out dialogue.  Whenever you quote something from the warriors, its usually someone other than cowboy.  "if we're wearing our colors, we can't hide" makes him come across as a whiney wimp and his "hey ajax, lighten up" line sounds like Bert (of Bert & Ernie fame) from seseme street.

no offence but i dont like when some ppl go on realy passionately about how much they think cowboy shudnt be in the film and how much he sucks, i mean hes not my fav charecter but i certinley see something in him what makes the warriors the warriors. for those who strongly hate him ill say this no warrior deserves to be dissed like that and they all bring thier indavial skills to the gang mentally and phiscally, just becos they might not have good phiscal skill they might be good mentally. so plz try and understand cowboy and defintaley dont judge a book by its cover!! thanx for listening boppers adios!!

I think you guys are right he is a good warrior...

But the only knock i saw on him was when he fought the Furries and got hit with that bat.... Idk if it was because he was tired from running or just couldnt react quick enough....

But all in all he was down to fight along side them to the end and that makes him tough....

i think cowboy is most peoples least favourite but hes in the warriors! so forget about it!

hes certainly warmed on me, and your right hes a good fighter in the bathroom scene. Thats such a badass fight!

replaying the game recently, i enjoyed his character more than i expected but like you said the film stands alone.

another point if the warriors in the film were just chosen from a larger gang it makes sense to choose a guy like cowboy hes a stand up soldier. if anything (possibly my personal favourite) rembrandt is an odd choice. hes arguably the weakest (and youngest) and anyone could do his graffiti work that he displays in the film.

the biggest bitch in the movie is rembrant the only time he throws a punch is in the bathroom scene and even after that he is being held by mercy as swan is getting beat up cowboy at least goes down fighting

he's alright but have you seen him recently? when you see michael beck, james remar..etc..you say to yourself these guys look like warriors..."cowboy" not so much
