Thanks for this - one heck of a long interview and some great insights from Walter Hill.  The interviewer asked some great questions.

Interesting to read that The Warriors was his most "rehearsed" movie ever, I can't really understand how that is possible with the comments floated around by Hill, Canton, Gordon about how they were on a compressed time schedule and had to bash the film out sooner, rather than later.

Great find, I enjoyed reading that.

I really like alot of Hill's films, it was interesting to read what he had to say about Southern Comfort as well, another favourite film of mine.
Who are The Warriors, there must be some word...
