I (relatively) recently gained 20 pounds to look bad for a Before picture (which I flat out refuse to view as cheating!) for a contest at a local gym, and ended up losing 40 pounds in 12 weeks to win the damn thing!

Ok here is mine.  I'll explain a little again. I took the city skyline and added a circle of bullets with crossed guns and a hand for rebellion (HUK REBELLION). I added the little sign under the hand and colors (red and yellow) of the HUK flag. Hope you all like. Good luck to everyone else.

Lier One's design has edged it for me, I have to agree with 4nik8 about the designs authenticity. I'd just like to wish all the best to everyone who has taken part in the competition, there hasn't been one bad design in my opinion.

I like the bamboo lettering in 4nik8's peice.  Gives it that eastern connection.  I tried to look for the Kanji for Huks, but failed and gave up.
Being that the Huks were guerilla fighters in the 1950's, maybe the Huks gang wore camo jackets?

…which is called a Sepak Takraw ball used in a kick volleyball type of sport, native to Southeast Asia

The remainder of the design is based on the Philippines flag, with a fanged skull added

Why a skull? Because the Huks are so bad that, even though they do a have a youth worker, even their youth worker's raids are written about in the papers!
