I didn't know that Walter Hill did "Streets of Fire"! That was a "killer" movie. I remember watching it back in the 80's. It was awesome...I'm going to have to get it on dvd. Has anyone else seen it? 48 hours was good too!

I haven't seen "Deadwood" nor either of the "Alien" movies. I'm going to purchase a few of these the next time I buy some dvds from Amazon.com....you can get new dvds on the for just a few dollars sometimes. Does anybody have any suggestions as to which ones would be the best. I have seen "The Warriors" and "48 Hours" and I think they are both killer. I've also saw "Geronimo: An American Legend". They were all very good movies and they had a special quality about them..

streets of fire was pretty good, there are three books featuring the main character tom cody played by michael pare, the others are "the far city" and "codys return" walter hill was planning to make all three but didnt because streets of fire wasnt a big enough hit at the box office.lynne thigpen(lady dj in the warriors)was also in streets of fire as the train engineer

It's possible that the western you were thinking of was Last man standing.  Technically, its not a western.  Its set in the prohibition era, but most of the story is played out in an old western ghost town and its the same story as Fistfull of dollars.

I just watched Trespass #68 last week, thats a Walter hill film, my favorite is The long riders, nice and violent.
**I got an inkling it's gonna be the one the children bicker over, it's that warriors vs baseball fury element that glitches motor sensory developement, i am a star really,**

I like 'Alien' movies he made, especially the 1st one. I've seen Geronimo as well, I must admit I didn't like it too much. '48 hours' is a classic, I must watch it again, didn't see it for quite a while now.

yep, i just did some quick research (memory refresh!)

I guess what threw me is that imdb doesn't list all four parts indvidually, only the last...

The Warriors: The Beginning: (14:06)
The Warriors: Battleground:  (15:23)
The Warriors: The Way Home: (18:07)
The Warriors: The Phenomenon: (15:23)
