the game format

It need to be free roaming. Not just a fixed journey!

It would be great if they had a stamina bar ... so if you'd just 'bopped' your way past a gang or been chased for a few blocks, it'd take a while for your energy to build back up which would mean that you'd have to tread carefully to avoid confrontations until you're ready for them... perhaps you could 'sneak' up behind gangs and try to get past them without them knowing or maybe hunt down their lookouts and take them out with stealth attacks and then you could waste the rest of the gang once you were up to full power.

I would have to say that kinda sounds like Manhunt.

I would also have to say that like in the movie the weapons should have a bar that shows at some point when they become all torn up and almost broken to a point where it can't be used.
Like the bats for instance.
