Contrary to popular opinion, I do other things than post on this forum. I know GASP! SHOCK! Whatever.

Anyway, meine lieblings, your wait has finally come to an end. Now stop me if I'm boring you, but here goes...

On Tuesday I had a casual business meeting with a certain US female Rock singer. It's not important who. Suffice to say she never became that popular. Anyway, the subject of our favourite little movie came up and she said she was very friendly with a certain minor league gang member in the film (uncredited before you ask).

Okay, no one's stopping me. I'll continue...

It transpires that he was one of The Jones Street Boys, but he went on to say that he wore "clown make-up". Now correct me if I'm wrong, but The Jones Street Boys didn't wear face paint, right? So I think 30+ years have taken their toll on his memory. Anyway, I'm trying to get to the bottom of it as we speak. In the meantime, he said he's friendly with at least one more minor league gang member, so I'm hoping to get some juicy info out of them over the next coming days and weeks. However, he has already given me one little titbit of information:

"I worked a solid week midnight until early morning all in the opening scene followed by the riot. I can tell you more details later. I am on my way out. But if you did not know that film had real gangs mixed in with actors. SAG sued the production company one day since the gang members ate more than one meal, many pocketing sandwiches that many actors did not eat.
More to tell. It was for sure a wild experience being on the set.
"We Are the Warriors!!!"

I hope this hasn't been anticlimactic for all of you. If you are interested, I'll try to get more info out of 'em. Let me know...
