DVD edition with the original poster art?

Hello,
Does anybody know if The Warriors was ever released on DVD (in any DVD region) with the original poster art?
It seems to me like a theatrical version with that poster art was released prior to the release of the directors cut.
I can't find that edition anywhere on Amazon or even eBay! I can't find any pics on Google of it either.
However, on eBay i keep seeing both a U.K. editon called Ultimate Directors Cut using the original poster art:

Thing is, I have ordered that from 3 different sellers and everytime they end up sending me the regular ugly DVD cover of the directors cut. So does the one in the link above really exist??
I have also seen an Australian reg. 4 DVD with the original artwork, but that one is far less common.

Please, any information on this would be greatly appreciated.

PS: By the way, is it even possible AT ALL to find the theatrical version? I did not like the directors cut at all.

Over here in the uk, they released the film 3 times on dvd; each with a different cover. The ultimate directors edition in your link does exist as shown with that cover art. Same cover art on the umd and bluray release.
This release is a common find over here. The theatrical version is harder to get hold of.

Any idea where I can find the movie with that cover on DVD or yet better on Bluray? I am afraid to buy from people using stock photos because it seems they always send me this edition:

I think you'll be out of luck on the blueray as all the retailers stock the cover in your last link.
Just had a quick look on ebay and there's plenty of dvds with the original art cover. It may help your search if you add "ultimate directors cut" to the parameters. It comes with an additional cardboard sleeve with same artwork.

The original artwork also features on the steelbook edition. Australia seems to be the best place to get this version.
