Online Store Selling Blue Furies

Post by Schmikes »

While looking for some Warriors costumes I stumbled upon this - Toywiz - and found they were selling every single figure in Series One. Ready to whip the credit card out I noticed the prices were nothing short of ridiculous. The Yellow Fury selling at twice the price and Ajax at $99.99! The Blue is selling for $199.99, and as much as I want it thats too rich for my boots. Surely they don't have that many to sell them at a shop?

Toywiz are the armpits of the online toy retailers. They are extreme scalpers, and charge outrageous prices and shipping.

Yes, online retail toy scalping - usually a popular pastime among retailers of Star Wars action figures whenever a new movie comes out.

These are the same a-holes you see yanking toys out of the hands of children at Walmart & Target Stores as soon as the new figs come in. They then sell said figure for 20 -25 bucks (common ones) and unheard of prices for "rare" ones, even though they just bought them for 4.99 each.

I left one of these losers laying unconsious in a Toys R Us aisle 3 years ago when Episode 2 toys came out. He had nearly run over 2 small kids with his shopping cart in his rush to sweep all the toys off the shelf before anyone else had a chance.

After beating him senseless, I then let the 2 kids take what they wanted out of his cart. ;)

wow, you can either buy them all individually for 50 each, or buy the 5 pack for 100.... either they suck at math, or that's actually a good deal, or atleast when looking at Toywiz.
