Fox's Death
Fox's Death
It probably would have taken a week or so. Because he was killed in a very public place.

That was because he knows Fox will be out the next day as he was just busted. Ajax is going away for a long time.
Nobody seems bothered about Cleon but, i'm sure they will shed tears for both there Warrior brothers when they learn they have died.

I wonder how long ajax would go down for? Sexually harrasing a police officer and punching another. 6 months to a year i reckon.

I don't think he'd go away for long, if at all. I don't even think he harrassed her. A good assigned attorney will point out that Ajax was actually polite when he approached the cop, and then he was invited to sit down. And the the cop complimented him on his "muscles" in an attempt to lower his guard, and then, ask him to show her how he "plays with the chicks." And that's just what Ajax did. He "likes it rough" but he just did what she asked for, literally. A decent attorney will destroy that cop's case - if anything, Ajax will definitely be in a little bit of trouble for slugging the male cop, maybe depending on his prior record. But a good attorney will even show how that male cop was going to beat up Ajax after Ajax was handcuffed to the bench when he didn't derserve to be, in a kind of entrapment plot. So he may get off scot free with everything involved.bushnut wrote:I wonder how long ajax would go down for? Sexually harrasing a police officer and punching another. 6 months to a year i reckon.
Big Cyrus. He was gonna run the whole city...what crap that was.

Very well said. It seems everyone thinks that Ajax wouldn't get a case or something, that he'd just be thrown in prison. Who knows what kind of person would represent him, though...
When we get there; that's when we've made it.

Ajax would get a public defender just like anyone does, and IF he was a minor he may end up in juvenile court---or family court, BUT the interchange between him and the officer---wouldn't make a lick of difference to the court---she was doing her job, he was an eager volunteer---he assaulted her then struck at another police officer---he is doing some time, and possibly stiff time too.
The main thought pattern back then would have been: he is chronic punk, involved in late night activity he shouldn't be--the streets and public at large would be better off with him behind bars. That is the way the judge would see it, and with Ajax's attitude, it would take a miracle working PD to even lighten his sentence.
Worrying about "punk's rights" didn't really become fashionable until the mid 80s, and an overworked PD would not get too excited about anything Ajax said about what happened, neither would a judge---he said, they said---who do you think would get listened too?????
