There was a SF Bay area pop-punk band called the Wynona Riders who put out an album about 10 years ago called "J.D. Salinger." At one point on the record, between songs, they sample Luther's clinking bottles from the film and someone says "Riders... come out to play" over it.

I think that's a stretch. It could easily be referring to the furies of Greek mythology, the goddesses of vengeance. It'd make more sense to have a trio of POed godesses in that song than 9 guys in baseball uniforms and facepaint.

theirs another two old tecno songs (early 90,s) that featured the famous the baseball furies dropped the ball made an error line,the other song was a female that repeated all the gangs names in it unfortunately i cant remember the names but i have them on casette tape

1. Get Crunk Musik, music video by Jim Jones, Juelz Santana and Cam'Ron. This whole video was influenced by the movie, and included some famous scene enactments like the gang meeting and the famous "come out and play" scene at the end of the video. Also you'll notice some Baseball Furies in some clips.

2. The Warriors mixtape covered by Dame Dash. It has the original "The Warriors" insignia that was used for the posters.

3. Flava In Your Ear music video by Craig Mack. This video featured P.Diddy (then called Puff Daddy; Sean Combs) in the beginning of the video clinking 2 glass bottles together saying, "Bad Boy, come out and plaaaayyyyy".

firstly i never knew ther were alot of people here who liked hardcore music. thats cool. and secondly i have a record that i use on my decks which i think has the dj womans voice sayin sory about that. it is a little intro thing sort of like an acapella

yep im an old tecno-house-hardcore head from wayback if theres a way you guys can tell me to transfer tape onto computer ill give it a go ,but my computer skills are limited ,id really like to share these tracks with you all as im sure you will get a kick outta them
