1. Flair wound up playing the Black Scorpion. What was ironic about this?
Answer: The irony of this is that Ole Anderson created the Black Scorpion because he and Jim Herd felt that Flair was no longer a main eventer. So they weren't going to use him anymore. When they couldn't get the Ultimate Warrior to play the Black Scorpion, they were forced to use Flair instead.

2. Who was the last NWA champion on WCW to defend the title in Japan? Ricky Steamboat.

3. Explain the WCW World Title/WCW International Title fiasco. What was the WCW INternational Title? WHat were it's other names? Why were there two World Titles in one promotion? The WCW Title was created while WCW still had the NWA World Title. BOth belts co-existed for awhile with a WCW Champion and an NWA Champion. After WCW pulled out of the NWA they decided to keep the NWA Belt (which is now the WOrld Title for the WWE.)
So they had this former NWA World Title and nothing to call it. SO for awhile the simply called it the big gold belt. They then decided to call it the WCW International Title. So in effect, WCW had two WOrld titles. THey fixed this increasingly annoying problem at the last CLash of the Champions before Hulk Hogan arrived by unifying both belts in a match between Sting (WCW International Champon) and Ric Flair (WCW WOrld Champion) The WCW World Title was retired and the International Title was now the WCW World Title. THE reason for using the INternational Title as the official World Title was probably because they could lay an indirect claim to the NWA title and refer to the belt as going back to 1905 as they so often did.
