Why 9?

why was there 9 members from each gang? it seems like a such a weird number to be chosen by Cyrus. like why not ten? ya know? i always wondered this

That's a pretty good question. i guess to make the other gagns feel like they had a little more back up than if they only came with 2 or 3.

1 Writer
1 Soundman (keeps them entertained while on a 2+hr train journey)
3 War party

wot makes 10 so good exactly i mean just cos its even or sumthin. nah just kiddin but y not 9 details dont really matter maybe he thought to himself of how many people there would be to fit in the park i mean for the amount of gangs there an extra person from each would have made it more than crowded

Why 9? A baseball team has 9 players. Easy...in case they wanted to have a baseball tournament after the big meeting!
