38 or 357?

Is Luther's Pistole a 38? or 357 Magnum? i know it the script its a 357. But it looks to small to be a 357. any idea?

It looks like a .38 to me but i dont know for sure.

Its Definitely A 38.

its tiny and with a small barrel, its a 38
