Re: warriors dead?
That sucks, man. Over here in England, at a Colchester Virgin Megastore, I saw a zillion DVD copies for £3.99 each. There were tons of 'em all laid out around the pay desk, so I wouldn't say people have forgotten about the Warriors, at least not over here mate!

Hold your tongue...

Thats pretty bad man.. sorry : The same thing happened to me, i went in like about 13 or 14 stores, and they keept telling me * sorry we dont have that movie* That line really annoyed me!!
But i wentt to Best buy head down, ready to give up, and THERE IT WAS, only one dvd left of the warriors movie. But now my mom says in wal mart there is a bunch of dvds of the movie for like 10 bucks!! Lol, just my luck..

Re: warriors dead?
I found the movie relativley easy when i looked for it. These last few years here has seen it brought back to the shops again maybe due to the anniversery or maybe the remake.
I think when you cant find it on the internet then you can really say "its dead"

Re: warriors dead?
I had to make a couple of stops to find it too. First, I went to Tower Records across the street from my job n' they didn't have it. Then I trekked down to F.Y.E. and didn't see it. But, when I asked an employee, they found me a copy.

He's right, we're acting like f*gg*ts!

Re: warriors dead?
Well I think thats why they called it a Cult Classic, in the first place. Usually cult classics are things in which a lot of people did not hear about, but there are those underground fans like us that keep it alive. I mean I actually know people from the 70's who never heard of it, but kids from this generation who love it. So somewhere along the line, the warriors will always live on.
