Electric Eliminators, according to the original script, were from Harlem.
Im to lazy to check other turfs. =\

The Boppers were from the Lower East Side in the original script, and Harlem in the game. I tend to stick with Harlem as their turf, due to them being an all black gang and all.

The Eliminators were from Harlem in the original script, and they are never given a definite turf anywhere else. I always tend to place them around Noho or East Village for some reason.

Satan's Mothers were never given a definite location in the movie or original script, but were from Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn in the game.

Noho borders on Soho, so it would make sense if Soho was High Hats and Noho, the Eliminators.
