Yeah the problem got kinda better trixter, not much better... but better
. Well whenever i cant sleep i dont care anymore, i just work out like in 4 in the morning, i really dont care what happens to me

My father told me a few tips on becoming relaxed and falling asleep.
First you lie flat on your back with your hands by your side.
Then you breathe very slowly (especially breathing out) this slows your heart rate.
Then you could try thinking about the mathematics like back2coney said or think of relaxing things or things that make you tired like working out until youre exhausted or imagine trying to push a car up a hill...

yeah, theres an hold Spanish word called "Mitote", which translated to "a thousand voices". It could mean that you just simply have a mind that keeps going. uncontrollable thoughts and images keep making your mind go from one thing to another, causing you to be un-relaxed. A lot of us have it. Because of our uncontrollable thinking we can not focus, and this is one possibility that can cause sleeping problems. Thats why a lot of people go to yoga and meditation classes, to help our mind settle on a clear and focussed path, which causes us to be more relieved. So this is a possible cause.
