"The WARRIORS Then & Now " fANFILM

Hey Boppers,
be on the lookout for my Film Fan Quartarley submittion to the WARRIORS fan contest.
i made a 20min video/documentary of a few things. some filming locations,Netflix Roadshow Warriors screening from CONEY (8/2/2006) which also has a backstage meet n greet from that night, with all the cast who showed up. also some footage from the SECAUCUS NJ "Chiller Show' from 1/2006 with Swan and Mercy, along with a few other suprises. Title: "Phenia Films the WARRIORS Then & Now" which will also have  some WARRIORS film clips and sound bites..hope you all get a chance to see it (should be posted up on the great WARRIORS MOVIE SITE...here soon)  8)
let me know what you think of it, hope to see more WARRIORS based films or projects from other fellow boppers!!!

I'll reserve judgement till ive seen all the parts.  I think the parts of the movie should have a little more connection to the video footage that follows it, so to compare the two.  Wasnt quite sure why the gas station scene was there for.  Was it because you wanted to use the "having a good time" line?  Liked the baseball fury chase alot.  That part worked really well.

At some point in the future, you could maybe re-edit the begining so that the movie footage of the gangs making their way to the conclave, matches up with the footage you took of the scavenger hunt contestants. (you actually started to do this about halfway through).

Its not bad so far. Im looking forward to the next part.  Appreciate the time and effort youve put into this.

thanks..it was fun to do..although i wasnt out to make it a masterpiece. its just quick shots to fit in with the WARRIORS theme soundtrack, shots from Netflix to clips from the film or my favorite lines, like the "Bopped their way past" or "having a good time" just to add to the mix ..not really trying to make a connection..just a video-type thing..same with the remaining 15 min. although the rest of it isnt so flashy..less of a headache. ...its just mindless entertainment.

Any Word on the WARRIORS FANFILM CONTEST? doesnt seem to be many entries to this, was wondering if there are any more recent additions by fans who have submitted a short 'fanfilm' havent heard ANYTHING. does this site have any plans to put up these shorts on the WARRIORS SITE? i would like to see the other entries in their full running time (not just the 5min thats posted on FANFILM QUATARLEY or YOUTUBE).
i guess no one is into this sort of thing..i thought it was a good idea! we need more additions from other WARRIORS fans!..anything out there? :doubt:

bring the other chick who took those great pics on the 'locations' thread. shes just as curious about the locations "Then & Now"

i doubt it..thought it was going to be posted up here. i really dont have the hardware on my computer to send out vids. so i sent the entire 20min of "Then & Now" to fanfilms asked them (as a favour) if they would post up the entire 20min in time...or send it to here Warriors movie site. and i had a friend of mine on Myspace and Youtube to put this up too (with a few other things non-Warriors related) so far nothing but silence all around.
too bad too..the rest of the Warriors-thing i did might be some-what enjoyable to some Warriors fans.
and i made these little shorts ( about five different things) way before this Warriors contest thing. and basically edited them together. im not really into it for the contest really, just would like to get these out there, like i wish other Warriors fanfilms would post theres up..i guess nobody really cares..oh well.
from time to time maybe check in Myspace or Youtube under Phenia Films and this might pop up in there...its up to my buddy Matt (from Zombie Nation website risenthemovie.com) to get these in there.
there is a seperate page for fanfilms and movie trailers on the Zombie Nation website and all my stuff is supposed to be there soon (including the entire 20min of Warriors Then & Now) but im not gonna be a pain in the ass to him...i guess he will post these when he can
