Talk about wearin colors!?
Talk about wearin colors!?
Have you noticed the Warriors converse? Their converse shoes are blue and in the movie their shoes are black. What the deal?! Also did you notice that Fox didn't wear converse in the movie? He wore Adidas. In the game Fox wore Converse when he should've wore Adidas.
Have u all notice this?

Yeah, I noticed that too. Also, Cleon wears red converses in the game, and in the movie he wears black ones. I really don't get why they changed thatBaby Bear wrote: Have you noticed the Warriors converse? Their converse shoes are blue and in the movie their shoes are black. What the deal?! Re: Talk about wearin colors!?
they put effort into it but just not enough, i mean they rushed it so it would come out at the same time as the directors cut DVD i think because they came out round the same time, least here in england it did

I don't think they put alot of effort in the game either. What really aches me is the gangmembers are identical. I hate that!
Re: Talk about wearin colors!?
They don't focus on Gameplay as much as trying to get it done so they can get paid and get out of there.
But I didn't notice that.

Re: Talk about wearin colors!?
Ok so your complaining that they didn't put effort into the game when they pretty much gave you everything from backstories of The Warriors, side missions before the Big Meeting, able to PLAY as The Warriors other than Swan and your complaining on the shoes? Alot of fans of the movie loves the game.
The game is rather good, yes I do agree it isn't a perfect game. Well no game is perfect. That's sad if you think that just because a few minor details isn't in place makes it a poor quality of a game. The other gangs are the same members likely because of they were lazy on that part I am sure but all in all they did good with making the other gangs even including the main boss of the gang that isn't even in the movie like Chatter Box of the Hi-Hats or the Big Bopper of The Boppers.
The only thing I would probably put down on the game would be roaming Coney Island when after you have beaten the game and no other missions to do, it would be cool to go a litle further into Coney other than just small area to run around in. The Creat Gang mode isn't that great either all it is putting together a gang by choosing the other gangs to make yours nothing big. Would be cool to be able to make your own vest or choose from a selection for your gang to wear etc.
Who cares if the characters isn't exactly wearing what they did in the movie. Also to point out if you did not notice that some of the scenes in the game isn't exact from the movie either like the scene where The Warriors meet the Orphans on the game they skip the part where one of the Orphans hands the news paper clip and asks about the Orphans etc.
The Warrios appareal in the game is supposed to be set as their colors red shoes red pants red vests etc. as their supposed to.
I think the game is good.

We wasn't saying the games was bad man, just that there's some stuff that wasn't right. I'm just saying maybe they could focus a little more.

Re: Talk about wearin colors!?
I have to agree with the graphics being rather so-so. While I understand they were going for a street-grungy effect, I think if they put HALF the work into the graphics that went into, say, Bully, I wouldn't be making this post right now-- I'd still be gaping in awe at the polished look while developing carpel tunnel from too much gameplay. I appreciate the depth of the story and everything, but I guess it's my inner artist that longed for the enhanced graphics and attention to detail... But all vices aside, it's still got great replay value when you wanna bust some heads.

Far out man we were just mentioning the flaws like every fan base of a game does we can have our opinion and you can complain about us but you took it a little over the top seriously.Darken wrote:

Re: Talk about wearin colors!?
Funny, I was almost certain that they were wearing blue converse in the movie but on closer inspection I now notice that they are infact black.
Man I love converse...I think i'm rotating about 5 different colours at the moment but thats not the point of this topic
