WHICH WARRIORS SONG DID YOU LIKE MOST FROM THE SOUNDTRACK?

"Last of an Ancient Breed" is my favorite and I think it should have been featured in the movie because it gives background and depth to the lives of the members of the Warriors and the other gang members as well for that matter. I like all of the songs though and I think the "kewl" soundtrack is one of the things that makes the movie so great.

exactly what i was thinking man, i mean the song title describes the whole movie in one ya know, because it shows that the warriors are gonna be exctinct because of what went down at the meeting and as the title says 'Last of an ancient breed' so it should have been in the movie.

My favorite song would have to be Desmond Child-Last of an Ancient Breed. It was at one time Joe Walsh-In The City but now that I have heard more of the soundtrack I really enjoyed Ancient Breed.

I think all the songs are good though. I've listened to the lp straight through lots of times and there isn't a lot of lps I can listen to all of the songs. I purchased the lp when the movie first came out in 79....it's a treasure for sure...

I think Amazon.com is a good place to buy such things and they always suggest other related items that can sometimes get interesting...

I agree. You can also get good deals on used stuff there too.

My favorite song is In The City for sure. It's cool, explains the movie, and I always thought it was a song from Swan's point of view.

I also like Love Is A Fire and Nowhere to Run.

Last of an Ancient Breed is ok but to me the sound is corny!

I'd have to go with "In The City." It's always been a favorite. ... It's the perfect song to wrap up the entire crazy night the Warriors experienced.

I like "In the City" by The Eagles (Joe Walsh), "Nowhere to Run" Arnold McCuller, and "The Warriors Theme" by Barry De Vorzon.

The four warrior tracks I play the most on my ipod are: the main theme, nowhere to run, Link Wrays Rumble and the tangerine dream track thats used in the trailer. I only use my ipod for work and i need up tempo tracks to keep me motivated (I call it audio caffine). When the drums of the warriors theme kicks in, I cant stop myself from walking with a cocky strut like the leader of the sarecens in the opening credits.

The tune from the Lizzies hangout , not sure what its called, the heavier of the 2 songs, "Gotta get on with it" is the main line, dig that tune.
