what were you like when you were a new blood?

Well I was basically like all the typical Newbloods. Overposted, made stupid posts, never searched, etc, etc. But I learned from my mistakes and came to be a more respectful and better poster.

I just started in febuary so i was a newblood not too long ago.

I was pretty good,exept for the overposting,I was banned several times for that,but i changed my ways.

i joined this forum as an over enthusiastic fan who wanted to prove how much of a fan i was too much.and yes i did overpost and got my warning and learned my lesson real quick

All i can say is i can't believe how many people i've warned and some of you are now good friends:lol:

I found this place when it had about 50 posts and had never looked at a forum before in my life and have been here ever since!

Since i made the initial rules i better say i have never broken them :p

Well when I first joined, it was around when this forum started using the simple machine software. I was looking at the forums for about a month before I signed up, I dont know why.
Anyhoo, I tried to make intelligent posts and I tryed to stick to the five posts a day limit, although one day I got a friendly pm from Jamie telling me to stick to the 5 posts a day limit (my first pm!) I kept posting and around 40 posts or so I got -karma so I was at -1, that broke my spirits alot but I kept posting, made friends with alot of members, got a sig from Kartoon, joined the goodfellaz now here I am!

You got Toon'd? DAMN! Toon, I hope you read this. Just cause I can make my own sigs doesn't mean I don't want a taste of pure exellence of sigs, done by the one and only TOON!! Oh, by the way. I checked out your myspace thing dude, some of your songs, I won't be suprised if I turn on the t.v and see them right there.

When I was a new blood. I was a little apprehensive. I thought people wouldn't listen to me because of my age. I posted a little more than I should have. But I was mostly a nice kid who respected others.
And I still am.

hmm let me think for a second. I joined here last august. I had some short posts. I don't think I ever over posted. I might have since when I first got here I think the post limit was 10 then after a few months it changed to 5 thanks to the lame new bloods. but I stuck to the post limits no matter what they were. of course I had Toon as a mentor so I was on the right track from day one. 8)
